Bosch Dishwasher Install Fascia Trim

May 13, 2016  Appliance: Bosch Dishwasher SHE45M06UC/50 My Repair & Advice. I replaced the panel fascia and handle strip. I ordered the buttons in case they needed to be replaced also. The hardest part was replacing the bottom part of the door front. Another hand would have been nice, but I made it work. It took about an hour total. Genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts! This control panel (part number 00665887) is for dishwashers. Control panel 00665887 houses the selection buttons and display for the dishwasher. Unplug the dishwasher or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

The trim strip includes an elongated body portion having opposite forward and rearward edges, and a pair of spaced apart arms extending from the body portion to slidably mount onto the tub flange of the dishwasher.

The body portion is then screwed to the sides of the cabinets so as to cover the gap between an adjacent cabinet and the dishwasher and securely mount the dishwasher within the cabinet opening.
