Payday 2: How to unlock all DLCs for free using BLT (self.PaydayUnlocked) submitted 1 year ago by GryphticonPrime - announcement (It will tag you cheater but the cheater tag is temporary and will disappear when you disable the DLC unlocker). Undetected DLC unlocker Hey I just wanted to know if there is an undetected DLC unlocker, because I understand that Payday 2 has released a new detection system that labels players as cheaters if they are using DLC weapons without owning the DLC.
Originally posted by bruthaa:hey, so late last night i had a quick game before bed. Well that was the plan at least. I was getting kicked from almost every game i joined on PUBS. Turns out ive been false flagged as a cheater, so, my question is how do i get rid of it and what made it appear in the first place? The thing about this games default, built-in anti-cheat is that it's simple. It only detects and flags you if it catches you using stuff from a DLC that Steam says you don't own.
Now, if you haven't used a DLC unlocker, then it's a case of the system being bugged, which is no suprise since even OVK themselves have caused it to flase flag people in the past (hence why it's just a DLC checker now). However, if you were flaged by something like the PD2StatsPlugin or Lobby Info mods, that's a different story, as those actually check things such as your skill points, achievements, hours played and what not. The problem here is we have no other information besides your word that it's a flase flag. Not saying you're a cheater, but it's hard to base ones judgement on just this.
Without more to go on there's not much anyone here can do to help you. I've been under the impression for quite some time that the anti-cheat mechanisms have a bit more involvement than simply checking DLCs. There was one time a long while back when I apparently was experiencing some hardcore lag while playing White Xmas with a friend. I gathered a bag of coke and tossed it in the workshop, then when I went to grab another soon after, it wouldn't seem to let me. Finally when it did, the game kicked me (friend was host). He said it prompted a message saying something about me gathering too many bags or some such.
I guess on his end it didn't register me as throwing the first bag yet, and my game was trying to tell his that I was grabbing another bag anyway. I don't know, that's all I can figure. Since then we tend to disable the 'Auto Kick Cheaters' box when making games, and joke about me apparently being a 'cheater.' If I were to ever host a public game, I'd probably enable auto kicking cheaters, but typically cheaters are among one of the reasons I do not play public games in the first place. Vanilla Payday 2 Cheat detection will ONLY flag if it detects you using DLC content you do not own. As you are in the HoxHud group, I will presume you're using HoxHud, which has it's own brand of cheater detection and thus, you should ask in their forums. While i am in the Hoxhud group i havent had it installed for around 3 months, so i cant see that being the issue. Originally posted by bruthaa:hey, so late last night i had a quick game before bed.
